Karla currently trains out of her home in the Timberline/Summit Park neighborhood in Park City.  Her large basement studio includes a variety of equipment to accomodate both personal and small group training.  Karla’s approach to training focuses on functional fitness, using compound exercises, interval training and a variety of cardio and resistance combinations, to obtain amazing results.   Some of Karla’s favorite pieces of equipment include the extremely popular and effective TRX Rip Trainer, TRX Suspension trainer, med balls, kettlebells and agility equipment.  Her training also incorporates the outdoors if possible.

One-on-One Training

Each package includes an initial wellness profile and consultation, online tracking and feedback, a detailed individualized exercise program,  phone support and re-assessment of goals at week 8 and 12.   Through one-on-one trainig, you and your trainer will work closely together to  teach you nutrition, fitness and stress-reduction skills that will permanently transform your life.  Prices range from $40-$65 per session.

Group Training

Want to train with your child, spouse or friend?  Group training provides the same benefits as solo training at a fraction of the price!  Plus, you have built in extra support and accountability.  Each individual will get a free wellness profile and consultation  prior to training. Maximum group size is 4 people.  Prices start at only $15 per session for a group of 4 people.
